Avalon Management, Inc. has a distinguished history of property/investment/asset management and was founded by John Gerard and Angela Gerard in 2003. Having worked for two other property management companies, Angela Gerard had a predilection of what was needed in order to stand out above the rest.
Avalon Management’s earlier years focused on managing properties exclusively in the Avalon Park/Waterford Lakes area. More recently, Avalon Management has recognized an increasing need for a competent, proficient management company through out Florida. In addition to an aggressive marketing campaign and reputable business practices, the company invested in cutting edge technologies that have allowed Avalon Management to provide unparalleled client services. As a strong believer in education, Angela Gerard attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a BSBA in Real Estate. She has recently taken the LSATS and completed education in Real Estate Law, Fundamental in Real Estate, Property Appraisal, Financial Investment Analysis and Real Estate Finance. Angela Gerard was selected to participate in the UCF study abroad program to Russia and made the UCF Dean’s List. She wrote and published an article in Wikipedia about International Business. She also studied and wrote briefs on active case trails that took place at the Orange County court house. She has an extensive background in property management and has served in the industry for nearly a decade.
John Gerard also attended the University of Central Florida graduating with a BA in Finance.
Philanthropy Efforts
John and Angela have dedicated countless hours to non for profit organizations. They were directors of Angel Food Ministries (providing quality food to low income families) in 2009, Sunday school teachers from 2007-2009 at the local church, and have volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House. Avalon Management has also had the pleasure of sponsoring multiple families that were in need by fulfilling their childrens' holiday wish lists. Most of whom sponsored were Avalon Management tenants.
Avalon Management are members of the Chamber of Commerce and maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our extensively trained staff are licensed with the Florida Real Estate Commission and are members of Orlando Regional Realtor Association and Multiple Listings Services.
