Monthly Rental Payments MUST be paid by midnight on the 4th day of the month in order to be considered on time. If you are attempting to pay "late rent", the online payment is not an option due to Avalon Management requiring real funds (money orders or cashier's checks ) in order to turn over the remittance to the owner in a timely manner.
