Monthly Rental Payments MUST be paid by midnight on the 4th day of the month in order to be considered on time. If you are attempting to pay "late rent" please contact the Avalon Management office. Late rent requires the appropriate late fee and must be made in real funds (money orders or cashier's checks ) in order to turn over the remittance to the owner in a timely manner.
