Editing vs. Utilizing a Realtor
*An Editing Consultant directs a seller on property editing trends and offers an unbiased approach. The consultant spends time working directly with the seller and the subject property in order to achieve productive results essentially transforming the property into being more elegant and attractive to prospective buyers.
*A Realtor lists the property, handles contracts, mls, showings, negotiations, inspections and the closing of escrow.
*Realtors recommend our services as its mutually beneficial for them and their clients!
*Editing Consultants and Realtors work closely together in order to accomplish the common goal of reflecting the subject property in the best possible light and getting the property sold at the highest price for their clients.
Evaluations and Tours:
The first tour consists of an evaluation of the property including: Photographing the unit, a Summary walk thru with the client regarding budget conscious recommendations, an Editing Consultation Report detailing specific recommendations or alterations, and Photos submitted to the client within one business day.
The second tour consists of Evaluating the edited property, Finalizing any editing changes and Photographing the completed product, which are submitted to the client and client’s realtor within one business day.
Singles family homes are $0.10/gross sq. ft. (Also includes outdoor space and exterior perimeter.)
Townhomes/Condos are $0.12/living sq. ft. (Also includes garage if applicable, limited exterior perimeter.)
**Fee includes 2 tours of the property.
