Should have experience working in a property management office (residential leasing, apartment leasing, homeowners association).
Responsible for overseeing all receptionist duties such as landlord/tenant communications, working with database management and understanding basic accounting statements.
Handles all inbound calls and walk ins with a professional, knowledgeable attitude.
Reviews and analyzes all prospective tenant applications and documents issued between landlord and tenant.
Filters complaints from the office and communicates the course of action in resolving identified issues.
Conducts due diligence in the event of an acquisition/new listing, lease expirations and renewals. Assists property managers in their day to day duties.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine notes/correspondence in software. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers and/or supervisor.
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of residential real estate leasing. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office. Should be detail oriented.

5. Maintains lobby area in a clean, professional appearance.

Full time hours. Mon-Fri 8:45am-5:15pm.
